1. Eligibility Criteria
Refund Timeframe: You can request a refund within 60 days from the delivery date of your order. Items must be returned in their original condition to be eligible for a refund.
Condition of Returned Items: Returned dresses must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, and any damage. All original tags, size labels, and original packaging must be intact and attached to the product. Customized or made-to-measure dresses, except in cases of manufacturing defects, are not eligible for returns or refunds. Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase are also excluded from the Refund Policy.
2. Refund Initiation Procedure
Contact Customer Service: To initiate the refund process, send an email to service@mycosyvalley.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and details of the items you wish to return (such as style, size, and color). Our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours, providing you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong item or the item arriving damaged). We recommend using a tracked delivery method and retaining proof of shipping, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return packages. 3. Inspection and Refund Processing
Inspection: Once we receive the returned items, our team will inspect them within 3-5 business days. If the items meet the eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed. If the returned dresses do not meet the requirements, we will notify you by email and resend the items at your expense.
Refund Timeframe: For approved refunds, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to process and credit the refund to your account.
4. Partial Refunds

If the returned dress has a reduced value due to minor damage that occurred during transit but does not render the item unusable. We will evaluate the item's condition and determine the appropriate refund amount based on its diminished value.
5. Ineligibility for Refunds
Exceeded Return Deadline: Returns received after the 60-day period are not eligible for a refund.
Item Condition: Dresses that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are missing their original tags and packaging are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items: As previously stated, customized dresses, final sale items, and any other products clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for refunds.
6. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect dresses, contact us immediately at service@mycosyvalley.shop within 7 days of delivery. Provide detailed information about the problem, including photos if possible. We will arrange the return and issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. You can also choose to receive a replacement item, subject to availability.
